Hi, I’m Jeannelley, the face behind LuNel Skyn. I’m a Licensed Master Esthetician in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island—and a Licensed Nurse in the state of Massachusetts. After completing 900 hours of training at the prestigious Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics, I transformed my lifelong passion for skincare into a career I truly love. At LuNel Skyn, I specialize in results-driven skincare treatments and precision sugaring techniques. My goal is simple: to provide every client with 100% of my attention and care, leaving you not only glowing on the outside but feeling amazing on the inside, too. With a strong foundation in both esthetics and nursing, I bring a unique blend of clinical knowledge and holistic care to my practice. I believe in honesty, integrity, and staying within my scope of practice. If there’s ever a concern I can’t treat, I’ll guide you toward a dermatologist or specialist who can. Your skin health and confidence will always come first. For me, esthetics is more than skin deep—it’s about creating a safe, uplifting space where self-care meets results. CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS All cancellations/rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You may cancel using the confirmation link or by sending a text message. • Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged in full. DEPOSITS Deposits are non-refundable and must be made via the booking system. Deposits are deducted from your final balance. PAYMENTS Remaining balance must be paid in cash or card. LATE A 10-minute grace period is allowed; however, if you exceed this time, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will contribute to the cancellation fee. MENSTRUAL CYCLE If you’re on your menstrual cycle the day of your appointment, you may still receive service as long as you have a tampon in. If you do not feel comfortable, you may cancel—please note the cancellation policy still applies. SERVICE DOWNGRADE All service downgrade requests must be made 24 hours before your appointment. If you downgrade on the same day, your deposit for that service will contribute to the cancellation fee.
